Chinese Steamed Buns
  1. Dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm milk and add the sugar, mixing well to dissolve it as well

  2. Add the flour to a bowl and pour in the liquid

  3. Knead until you get a smooth dough

  4. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let it rise for 40 minutes

  5. Transfer the dough to the counter and divide it into 3 parts

  6. Use your hands to form rolls and then cut into small portions

  7. Let each roll rise on squares of parchment paper in a baking tray and cover with plastic wrap for another 40 minutes

  8. Cook in the steamer for about 10 minutes

  9. Serve with condensed milk
