Start by smearing the banana slices with peanut butter.
Place each bite on a parchment paper lined plate and place in the freezer for 5-10 minutes or until the peanut butter is set.
While those are setting, mix the yogurt with the melted chocolate until smooth and uniform.
Remove the banana bites from the freezer and dunk each one in the chocolate yogurt mixture until fully coated.
Place each one back on the sheet, top with chocolate chips, and place in the freezer to set.
If you want more of a hardshell to form then these will need to set for 1-2 hours (or longer depending on the yogurt you used).
For a softer texture, set for 20 minutes.
