In a large bowl beat eggs with garlic salt and oregano. Add ground chicken and cheese. Mix. Make sure your chicken mixture is thoroughly blended.
Form your chicken nuggets. You can make these as big or small as you like.
After forming your chicken nuggets put them into the Panko Breadcrumbs and coat both sides.
Baking Chicken Nuggets: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the nuggets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Pop them in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes, flipping them over halfway through to ensure they cook evenly.
