Season the chopped chicken with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, garlic, and herb seasoning.
Cook the chicken in oil.
Remove the chicken and add 1 tablespoon of butter to the pan.
Add minced garlic and ⅓ cup of chopped sun-dried tomatoes, and cook for a minute or two.
Pour in 1 cup of chicken stock and 1 cup of heavy whipping cream.
Add the same seasonings used on the chicken (pepper, smoked paprika, garlic, and herb).
When the mixture comes to a simmer, add the bag of cheese tortellini and the cooked chicken.
Cover and let the tortellini defrost for about 5 minutes.
