Wash your Brussels sprouts and dry them off on a paper towel. Then you will want to trim off the stems and cut them into quarters.
Heat your oven to 375 degrees.
Add your Brussels sprouts to a large bowl and add a couple of shakes of soy sauce to them. Then add your oil of choice. Then season them with the celery salt, black pepper, cinnamon, chili powder and give this all a really good toss until it is all coated.
Take your cookie sheet and use the tablespoon of butter and rub it all over the pan on the bottom.
Cut up your bacon into a small dice.
Add the bacon in an even layer to the sheet pan, then spread your Brussels sprouts over the bacon.
Take your brown sugar and sprinkle this all over the top of the sprouts and bacon.
Bake in the oven for 25 minutes approximately. Halfway through cooking I give this whole thing a good toss and then make sure to spread it all out again on the pan.
Remove from oven and serve.
