Cook the gnocchi for 2 minutes in boiling water.
Fry the gnocchi in a pan with olive oil until golden.
Remove gnocchi and add diced onion to the pan.
Sauté onion for 5 minutes with olive oil.
Add minced garlic and tomato paste.
Halve the cherry tomatoes and add them to the pan with a splash of water.
Cook on high for 10 minutes.
Stir through the gnocchi.
Serve hot with basil and burrata.
