Simple Cherry Tomato Gnocchi
  1. Cook the gnocchi for 2 minutes in boiling water.

  2. Fry the gnocchi in a pan with olive oil until golden.

  3. Remove gnocchi and add diced onion to the pan.

  4. Sauté onion for 5 minutes with olive oil.

  5. Add minced garlic and tomato paste.

  6. Halve the cherry tomatoes and add them to the pan with a splash of water.

  7. Cook on high for 10 minutes.

  8. Stir through the gnocchi.

  9. Serve hot with basil and burrata.
