  1. Cut the potatoes into a circle shape

  2. Boil the potatoes for 30 minutes until they turn soft

  3. Go through iced water

  4. Roll the potatoes in glutenous rice flour, corn starch or potato starch

  5. Cut the potatoes into the desired shape

  6. Deep fry the potatoes at 350°F for 5 minutes

  7. Deep fry the potatoes at 375°F until golden brown

  8. Season with chili powder or ketchup
