Pink Strawberry Cinnamon Rolls
  1. In the bowl of a stand mixer or a large bowl, stir the warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit until foamy.

  2. Mix in the melted butter, eggs, pink food coloring, and salt. Gradually add the flour until a soft dough comes together.

  3. Knead for 7-8 minutes (10-12 minutes by hand). Transfer to a greased bowl, cover. Let it rise for 1-1.5 hours or until doubled.

  4. In a separate bowl, combine the chopped strawberries, brown sugar, cinnamon, and cornstarch. Set aside to let the juices develop.

  5. Roll the dough out into a large rectangle and spread the softened butter evenly over the surface.

  6. Evenly spread the strawberry filling on top, gently pressing it into the dough.

  7. Cut dough into 12 even strips. Tightly roll up each strip.

  8. Place the rolls into a 9”x13” greased baking dish, cover, and allow them to rise again about 30-45 minutes or until fluffy.

  9. Preheat oven to 350°F. Pour heavy cream over the rolls. Bake for 20-25 minutes.

  10. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, milk, and pink food coloring until smooth.

  11. Spread over the warm rolls and enjoy! You can add fresh or freeze dried strawberries
