Guacamole
  1. Cut open 2-3 limes and squeeze their juice into a large bowl.

  2. Add chopped garlic and onion to the lime juice.

  3. Add salt to the mixture.

  4. Slice the chilies lengthwise, remove seeds, and chop the flesh.

  5. Stir the ingredients and let them soak.

  6. De-pit and quarter the avocados, then slice them into thin pieces.

  7. Mash the avocados to desired consistency with a fork.

  8. Chop a lot of cilantro and add it to the mixture.

  9. Mix everything together to spread the flavors.
