Blend until smooth and frothy (this creates a fluffy texture).
Stir in shredded cheese and your chosen vegetables or meats.
Pour mixture evenly into muffin cups (about ¾ full).
Tap pan lightly to remove air bubbles.
Bake for 20–25 minutes, until set and slightly golden on top.
Let cool for 5–10 minutes before removing.
Serve warm or refrigerate for meal prep.
