Mix the wet and dry ingredients until a dough forms. Fold in sugar-free chocolate chips.
Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto the baking sheet and flatten slightly.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges turn golden brown.
Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
