Breakfast Burrito
  1. Fry the black beans and spices in a pan on medium-high heat for 5 minutes, continually stirring. Once soft, remove the beans and place them to the side.

  2. In the same pan (without cleaning it), add in some more oil and crumble in the tofu with your hands. Follow with the spices, nooch and milk and cook for 3-5 mins.

  3. Load up a tortilla wrap with your beans, tofu and the remaining ingredients.

  4. Tightly fold the tortilla, then toast on all sides until sealed. Slice up and ENJOY!
