High Protein Chocolate Bars
  1. Separate the yolks from the whites.

  2. Beat the egg whites until a thick foam should form.

  3. Chop the dark chocolate.

  4. Melt the dark chocolate with hot water.

  5. Add egg yolks to the melted chocolate.

  6. Stir with a spatula.

  7. Add half of the beaten egg whites and stir gently.

  8. Add the remaining whites and mix.

  9. Smooth the mixture out with a spatula in a 20*20 cm baking pan.

  10. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20-25 minutes.

  11. Let cool for 10-15 minutes.

  12. Melt the dark chocolate.

  13. Remove the cooled dough from the pan.

  14. Take a smaller baking pan and cut off the excess.

  15. The dough fits tightly into the new mold.

  16. Add melted chocolate to yogurt.

  17. Mix until smooth.

  18. Place the chocolate yogurt in a mold.

  19. Smooth it out well with a spatula.

  20. Place in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.

  21. Run a knife around the edges.

  22. Cut into pieces you like.
