Add tomatoes and garlic to the air fryer basket. Season with salt and black pepper.
Air fry at 200°C for 12 minutes until the tomatoes blister and garlic softens.
Let it cool slightly, then blend until smooth.
Add the sauce to a pan.
Stir in parsley, basil, chili flakes, and parmesan cheese.
Simmer for 2 minutes and add a little pasta water.
Add cooked pasta and toss well.
