Cottage Cheese Flatbread
  1. In a bowl, combine cottage cheese, almond flour, egg, garlic powder, baking powder, and salt. Mix until well combined.

  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a little olive oil.

  3. Scoop a portion of the dough and shape it into a flat disc. Place it in the skillet.

  4. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.

  5. Repeat with the remaining dough, adding more oil as needed.
