Preheat the oven to 180C.
Place 100g porridge oats, 1 tsp vanilla extract, ½ tsp baking powder, 2 heaped tbsp cottage cheese, 2 eggs in a high speed blender. Blitz till smooth.
Rub butter or spray coconut oil around inside of 2 ramekins. Place 2 tbsp frozen blueberries into each ramekin. Divide batter between bowls.
Bake in airfryer at 180C for 10-12 mins or in the oven for 20 mins. Serve with a drizzle of honey or a dollop of yogurt. Great warm or at room temp.
