Preheat the oven to 200°C
Add all ingredients except for the tahini, coconut cream, basil, and spinach to an oven tray and mix
Cover with parchment paper and place in the hot oven for 25-30 minutes
Stir at the halfway point to keep the orzo from sticking
Remove from the oven and immediately stir through the runny tahini, coconut cream, fresh basil, and baby spinach
Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and serve with good crusty bread
