Shrimp Mozambique
  1. Season shrimp and let sit for 30 to 60 minutes (Salt, pepper, Sazon)

  2. Saute butter, onion, garlic until translucent

  3. add oil & tobasco - mix

  4. add chicken stock & wine - Simmer for 5 minutes

  5. add shrimp - cover and simmer for 5 minutes

  6. Top with cilantro and lemon

  7. Serve over rice.
