Mushroom Ravioli Soup
  1. Brown the Italian sausage in a large pot

  2. Sauté the chopped onion and garlic until fragrant

  3. Add the roughly chopped white mushrooms

  4. Pour in the chicken broth, white beans & diced tomatoes

  5. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, garlic/onion powder, and crushed red pepper

  6. Simmer for 15 minutes

  7. Add 1 cup heavy cream and a handful of spinach

  8. Add a serving of cooked mushroom raviolis to the soup after ladling into a bowl

  9. Top soup with Parmesan cheese
