Brown the Italian sausage in a large pot
Sauté the chopped onion and garlic until fragrant
Add the roughly chopped white mushrooms
Pour in the chicken broth, white beans & diced tomatoes
Season with Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, garlic/onion powder, and crushed red pepper
Simmer for 15 minutes
Add 1 cup heavy cream and a handful of spinach
Add a serving of cooked mushroom raviolis to the soup after ladling into a bowl
Top soup with Parmesan cheese
