Cook 1 lb pasta al dente
Melt 4 Tbsp butter and sauté 12 garlic cloves until fragrant
Stir in ¼ cup gochujang, 2 Tbsp honey, and ¼ cup rice vinegar, then cook until thickened
Toss cooked noodles with pasta water and sauce
Finish with 2 Tbsp butter off heat
Top with sliced scallions and chopped peanuts
