Gochujang Buttered Noodles
  1. Cook 1 lb pasta al dente

  2. Melt 4 Tbsp butter and sauté 12 garlic cloves until fragrant

  3. Stir in ¼ cup gochujang, 2 Tbsp honey, and ¼ cup rice vinegar, then cook until thickened

  4. Toss cooked noodles with pasta water and sauce

  5. Finish with 2 Tbsp butter off heat

  6. Top with sliced scallions and chopped peanuts
