Ingredients
Combine butter, and sugar. Melt together.
Add milk, cocoa powder, and peanut butter (if using).
Bring to a boil for 4 minutes.
Remove from heat and add oats ½c at a time.
Plop small scoops onto a baking sheet and put in fridge.
Serve once cooled.

Margarine keeps cookies soft.
If using butter, don't add quite all of the oats if you want them to be soft.
Mix in ½c of peanut butter when mixture is still on the stove and before oats are added.
Drizzle with peanut butter.
