Preheat the mini waffle maker.
In a small bowl, whip the egg.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix until it's well incorporated.
Let the mixture sit for about 2 minutes as it will start to thicken a bit.
Pour ½ the mixture into the waffle maker. The mixture may seem very watery but don't worry, it will make the perfect waffle!
Cook it for exactly 2 minutes.
