Cottage Cheese Waffles (flourless And Gf)
  1. Blend everything together in a blender. Transfer to a bowl and allow to sit for 10 minutes. The batter will slightly thicken as it sits. In the meantime, preheat your waffle iron.

  2. Pour or scoop the waffle batter into a hot waffle iron (I used a ⅓ cup measuring cup for each waffle, but waffle makers vary). Cook waffles for about 4 minutes each, until cooked through. Once done, transfer the waffles to a cooling rack.

  3. Serve immediately with your favorite toppings. These waffles are a little savory, but go well with either sweet or savory toppings.
