  1. Melt all in pan - low heat

  2. Stir in 225g plain flour

  3. Lined and greased cake tin - wider the better

  4. 30 min - 1 hr cover in tinfoil

  5. 175 degrees

  6. Jar of stem ginger

  7. Poke holes and pour ginger syrup in pan

  8. Chopped ginger sliced

  9. Sprinkle glitter
