Pork Chop Casserole
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°

  2. Heat the oil in a deep frying pan or dutch oven

  3. Pat the chops dry sprinkle all over with garlic powder, salt, and pepper

  4. Quickly sear the chops in the hot oil for 1-2 minutes, remove to a plate

  5. Add the butter to the pan and saute the chopped celery and onion for 3-4 minutes

  6. Then add the broth and seasoning mix, scrape up any browned bits

  7. Bring to a quick boil

  8. Remove from the heat and stir in the stuffing mix and cover for 3-4 minutes

  9. Tuck the pork chops in the stuffing, cover tightly, and bake for 45-60 minutes or until the chops are soft and tender
