In a medium-sized bowl combine brown sugar, granulated sugar, ¼ teaspoon McCormick® Brown Butter Finishing Salt, vanilla and melted butter. Add egg yolk; mix well.
Gradually mix in flour and baking powder until well combined. Sir in chocolate chips.
Press cookie dough into one individual ramekin (4 ounces). Bake at 350°F for 22 minutes.
Top with your favorite ice cream, caramel sauce and additional sprinkle of McCormick® Brown Butter Finishing Salt.
