Healthy Tahini Snicker Treats
  1. Mix all the ingredients for the base together until the mixture holds together when pinching it (you might need a little more oil if too dry).

  2. Press the base mixture into a baking pan (9x13) that has been lined with parchment paper.

  3. Bake the base on 350F for about 10-12 minutes until golden. Remove and let cool.

  4. Mix all the ingredients for the tahini peanut caramel until smooth and creamy.

  5. Layer the tahini peanut caramel onto the cooked but cooled crust.

  6. Add some sliced nuts and dried blueberries or raisins if desired.

  7. Melt the chocolate chips and avocado oil in the microwave for 1 minute, mix, then microwave for 20 seconds more and mix again until silky smooth.

  8. Pour the melted chocolate over the top layer in the pan and chill overnight in the fridge.

  9. Cut the treats into small squares and freeze them in an airtight container.
