To make the tea base, add the water to a small saucepan or tea kettle and bring to a boil.
Place the Thai tea bags (or black tea bags) in a small bowl or pitcher. When the water has boiled, pour the water over the tea bags and let the tea steep for 5 minutes. Remove the tea bags and add the sugar-free honey and stevia extract. Stir to combine.
In a separate container, add the coconut milk, sugar-free honey, stevia extract, and salt. Froth with an immersion blender or milk frother until everything is combined.
Fill two tall glasses with ice. Pour the brewed tea into the ice-filled glasses and fill up about three-quarters of the glass. Pour the sweetened coconut milk into the glass and fill to the top.
