Creamy High Protein Tomato & Red Pepper Soup
  1. Add the tomatoes and red pepper to an air fryer and drizzle with chilli oil. Roast for 15 minutes at 180c.

  2. Add to a blender with the remaining ingredients, seasoning well with salt and black pepper.

  3. Blitz until smooth and serve straight away!
