Brisket Burnt Ends
  1. Season beef; add to foil pan.

  2. Cook at 250°F for 2.5 hours.

  3. Add BBQ sauce, Dr Pepper, and butter.

  4. Cover and cook for 1 hour.

  5. Remove foil and stir. Cook for another hour.

  6. Check for tenderness and cook longer as needed.

  7. Once the meat falls apart when pressed, it’s time to enjoy!
