Chickpea Blondies
  1. Preheat the oven to 200c

  2. Grease & line a small square or round cake tin.

  3. Add all the ingredients except the chocolate chips to a blender (add the milk last to achieve desired cake batter consistency)

  4. Stir in the chocolate chips

  5. Bake for 15-18 minutes - drizzle extra chocolate & pb on top if you wish.

  6. Slice when cooled and stor in an airtight container for 5 days
