Preheat the oven to 200c
Grease & line a small square or round cake tin.
Add all the ingredients except the chocolate chips to a blender (add the milk last to achieve desired cake batter consistency)
Stir in the chocolate chips
Bake for 15-18 minutes - drizzle extra chocolate & pb on top if you wish.
Slice when cooled and stor in an airtight container for 5 days
