Dice the green apple, spiced gherkins, and celery
Chop the dill finely
Combine the cooked chicken breast with the diced vegetables and dill
Mix together the mayo, Dijon mustard, whole mustard, and honey in a separate bowl
Combine the mustard mixture with the chicken and vegetables
Season with salt and pepper to taste
Use as a filling for approximately 4 wraps
Store in the refrigerator for meal prep throughout the week
