Gambas Al Ajillo Spanish Garlic Shrimp Recipe
  1. Toast crusty bread

  2. Season 1 lb of jumbo shrimps with salt and pepper

  3. Add 1 tsp paprika

  4. Finely slice 12 cloves of garlic

  5. Add ½ cup extra virgin olive oil

  6. Add 12 cloves of sliced garlic

  7. Add 5 dried chilli peppers

  8. Slowly heat garlic and chili over medium heat

  9. Stir occasionally for 1-2 minutes

  10. Cook just until garlic turns slightly golden

  11. Add the shrimps

  12. Heat just until cooked halfway (about 2-3 minutes) and then flip

  13. Cook for additional 2 minutes

  14. Squeeze ½ lemon (1 Tbsp)

  15. Chop a small bunch of parsley, remove big stems

  16. Add 2 Tbsp chopped parsley

  17. Remove pan from heat when shrimps slightly curl and cooked through
