Toast crusty bread
Season 1 lb of jumbo shrimps with salt and pepper
Add 1 tsp paprika
Finely slice 12 cloves of garlic
Add ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
Add 12 cloves of sliced garlic
Add 5 dried chilli peppers
Slowly heat garlic and chili over medium heat
Stir occasionally for 1-2 minutes
Cook just until garlic turns slightly golden
Add the shrimps
Heat just until cooked halfway (about 2-3 minutes) and then flip
Cook for additional 2 minutes
Squeeze ½ lemon (1 Tbsp)
Chop a small bunch of parsley, remove big stems
Add 2 Tbsp chopped parsley
Remove pan from heat when shrimps slightly curl and cooked through
