Preheat air fryer to 400° F
Put the package of salmon in a mixing bowl.
Add an egg and finely crumbled saltines until the mixture sticks together.
Season with onion and garlic powder, salt, pepper, or other desired spices.
Lay parchment paper on the air fryer rack.
Form the salmon mixture into patties.
Spray the tops of the patties with olive oil and cook for 10 minutes.
Turn over the patties, spray the other side with olive oil, and cook for another 10 minutes or until desired crispness.
