Rinse and sort the beans, then place them in a large crockpot
Add ham hocks, collard greens, onion, bell pepper, celery, garlic, and okra
Sprinkle in the seasoning packet
Add onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper
Pour in chicken broth
Cover and cook on Low 6–8 hours or until beans are tender
Remove ham hocks, pull off the meat, and return it to the pot
Stir in hot sauce to taste
Serve warm and enjoy
