Boil the potatoes until ready and put them in a form.
Knead the potatoes with a glass in an even layer.
I pour vegetable oil, a little salt and put it in the oven for 15 minutes at 350°F - so that it browns a little
Meanwhile, I fry the chicken fillet. Fry the mushrooms separately with garlic.
Cut the tomatoes.
For pouring, I mix eggs, sour cream, milk, add dill, salt, pepper, dry garlic. I mix well.
I take out the form with potatoes from the oven, put the filling on top - meat, mushrooms, then tomatoes.
Pour everything with the mixture and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Put in the oven for another 40-45 minutes at 350°F
