Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs.
Cut each rack in half.
Rub ribs with olive oil and season generously with BBQ rub.
Stack ribs bone-side down in the crockpot.
Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours.
Transfer ribs to a foil-lined baking sheet.
Brush with BBQ sauce.
Broil for about 5-7 minutes until the sauce is caramelized.
Watch carefully to avoid burning.
