Bake for 30 minutes until tomatoes soften.
Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain.
Broil the mixture for an additional 2 minutes until golden brown.
Stir in garlic and parsley, then combine with cooked pasta.
Serve warm, topped with Parmesan if desired.
