Crockpot Bbq Chicken Sliders
  1. Spray a crockpot with cooking spray.

  2. Add chicken, minced garlic, vinegar, and all the seasonings to a crockpot.

  3. Add some BBQ sauce on top. I don't use exact measurements for this part. I usually just do enough to cover the chicken, but you can really use as much as you'd like.

  4. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours.

  5. Shred the chicken, stir well, and add a little bit more BBQ sauce if needed.

  6. Slice King’s Hawaiian rolls in half and add sliced Colby Jack cheese.

  7. Top the cheese with a layer of the shredded BBQ chicken.

  8. Add shredded cheddar cheese on top of the chicken.

  9. Add at least 6 strips of cooked bacon and place the tops of the rolls on top.

  10. Add 1 TBSP of ranch seasoning to 4 TBSP of melted butter. Brush the melted butter/ranch seasoning all over the tops of the sliders.

  11. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
