Cream the butter and sugar together for about 2 minutes until nicely combined.
Add the cream cheese, vanilla and lemon.
Whisk until smooth and creamy
Chill for about 20-30 minutes afterwards before using
Bake at 180C Conventional Oven for approx 35 minutes or until firm to the touch.
Allow to cool completely afterwards
Top with my lemon cream cheese frosting, chopped walnuts and orange zest
