Low Sugar High Protein Coconut Chocolate Bites
  1. Chill the coconut milk overnight if you can. Scoop the thick coconut cream into a food processor.

  2. Add shredded coconut, maple syrup, protein powder and coconut oil. Blend until sticky.

  3. Press into a parchment lined pan or roll into bites and freeze 30 to 45 minutes.

  4. Melt chocolate, drizzle and chill.
