Beat the softened cream cheese until fluffy
Add the 2 boxes of instant jello pudding mix, ½ cup of lemon juice, 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract, and 2 ½ cups of cold whole milk
Beat all the ingredients until combined
Fold in the container of Cool Whip
Beat the mixture until it starts to thicken
Layer the graham crackers in a 9x13 baking dish
Add a layer of the pudding mixture on top of the graham crackers
Add a layer of the blueberry pie filling on top of the pudding layer
Repeat the layers of pudding and blueberry pie filling
Freeze the cake for 4 hours
