Dongchimi (water Kimchi)
  1. Salt chopped radish for 1 hour

  2. Drain the water from the salted radish (don’t rinse)

  3. Add aromatics and water to the radish

  4. Let it ferment in room temp for a day in hot weather/2 days in cooler weather

  5. Keep it in the fridge and let it further ferment to your likings!
