Preheat your oven to 415º.
Cut and score your potatoes.
Melt half a stick of butter and pour it into a baking dish. Add 2 tbsp parmesan cheese, ¼ tsp onion powder, ¼ tsp garlic powder, and salt and pepper to taste.
Add in your potatoes facing down. Brush them with melted butter and add more parmesan cheese.
Bake on 415ºF for 20-25 minutes (if you're using small potatoes). If your potatoes are bigger, you'll have to adjust the baking time.
