Start by slicing 4 thick cut boneless pork chops into bite-sized pieces.
Add them to a bowl and drizzle with some avocado oil or any oil of your choice.
Season them up with your choice of seasoning.
Coat them well so that each piece is perfectly seasoned.
Put them in your air fryer and air fry at a temperature of 400 for approximately 12-13 minutes.
Flip them halfway through cooking.
In a large bowl, melt about 2 tablespoons of butter and mix with about 1 tablespoon of minced garlic and some parsley.
When the pork chops are done cooking, pour them into the butter mixture and give them a good toss.
Let them sit for about 3 minutes to allow the pork chops to rest and let the butter mixture soak in.
