Butterfly the chicken breasts from the middle

Cook chicken in olive oil and butter until cooked through
Cook pasta according to package directions

Add minced garlic cloves and cook until fragrant
Add chili flakes, black pepper, and Italian seasoning
Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer
Stir in double cream and cream cheese if using
Add grated Parmesan cheese and mix until smooth
Combine cooked pasta with the sauce
Slice the cooked chicken and serve on top of the pasta
