Greek Yoghurt Blueberry Pancakes
  1. In a bowl add your flour, baking powder, Greek yoghurt, mashed banana, egg and milk and whisk until you have a smooth batter

  2. Add in your blueberries and mix well to combine

  3. Heat a little oil/butter in a pan and add dollops of your pancake mixture, fry for 1-2 minutes before flipping and cooking for a further 1 minute.
