Fry the whole spices in coconut oil for a minute.
Add the onions along with a pinch of salt and cook them down until browned. Then add the ginger and garlic and continue cooking for a couple of minutes.
Now add the marinated chicken and cook until nicely browned.
Add the tomatoes and cook them until they've broken down fully and coat the chicken evenly. Finally, finish with coconut milk and seasoning to your taste. For a few minutes until you have the consistency you like.
