Pistachio Cake With Chocolate Ganache
  1. Place your pistachios in a food processor until a fine powder

  2. Mix eggs with confectionery sugar and baking powder. Whisk until smooth

  3. Add the pistachios mix until all incorporated

  4. Pour into an 8" or 9" spring form sprayed with cooking spray, line bottom with parchment paper

  5. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes

  6. Let cool

  7. Heat the almond milk until boiling point

  8. Pour the hot milk over the chocolate chips, mix until smooth

  9. Pour the ganache over the cooled cake

  10. Top with more pistachios
