Heat a large pot over medium-high heat.
Add ground beef and minced garlic to the pot, breaking the meat apart while cooking until browned.
Once cooked, carefully drain excess grease from the pot.
Pour in beef broth and add parsley, dill, Worcestershire sauce, and salt.
Bring mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 25-30 minutes.
Reduce heat to low and add grated cheddar cheese, cream cheese, and heavy cream.
Whisk continuously until all cheese has melted and soup has thickened to desired consistency.
Ladle into bowls and top with crumbled bacon before serving.
